Helpful Tips for a successful stay

We recommend bringing your cat’s regular wet or dry food to help prevent any tummy upset.  All dry food should be brought in a plastic container OR ziplock bag.  You’re also welcome to bring treats.

If your cat is particular about litter, you may bring your preferred brand as long as it is in a brand-new, unopened container. We do provide clumping litter at no charge.

Feliway plug-ins are available at no additional cost if your cat benefits from one.

We also recommend bringing a blanket, towel, or another item with your scent to help your cat feel more comfortable.

You may bring a cardboard scratching post if you wish; some rooms have scratching posts, while others do not.

Cats must arrive in a sturdy carrier and will remain with us in their room or nearby.

If your cat has a collar on it must be a breakaway collar. 

We provide litter boxes, bowls, blankets for cubbies and cat trees, litter, litter scoops, and a variety of toys.

If your kitty takes medication it MUST be in the original RX container with the correct dosing instructions on it.  We can ONLY give meds per the instructions on the container, otherwise we will need a note from your vet with the correct dosing information.
